By God's reckoning the days begin and end at sunset - it is always like this in the Bible. I can provide many examples if
you wish - every day is from evening to evening:
3. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first
day. Genesis 1.3-5
Remember they had to get Jesus off the cross before sundown - because it was the start of the Passover at sunset
.
I suggest you keep this in mind and read Acts 20 again - the situation was they kept the Sabbath (as Paul always did Acts
17.2) after the Sabbath they had a 'pot luck' dinner (as in every Church of God I have ever attended) as the first day of
the week began at sunset Saturday. Paul spoke until midnight - why??
Because he was going to leave when the Sun came up "on the morrow".
He regarded Sunday as just another work day. A day to travel - not keep holy.
And to 'brake bread' simply means to have a meal - they did not use knives forks and spoons - they broke off pieces, and I
will provide more scriptures if you don't believe it.
They were braking fish and bread years before the death of the LORD:
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to
heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. Matthew 14.19
This is the Aramaic expression for a meal.
The "LORD's Day" is not a day of the week - it the opening of the 6th seal, when the Sun and Moon are darkened:
Howl ye; for the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt:
And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman
that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.
Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land
desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going
forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the
arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. Isaiah 13.6-11

Everything is to be established by 2 or 3 witnesses - you don't even have one for calling the Sabbath the LORD's day
because if you read the original scriptures, in Aramaic (The Peshitta), it doesn't say that - it is a lie from the Sunday
keepers - a deliberate mistranslation. [See the last Code linked to at the bottom of the page]
Regarding the sacrifices - there can be no offerings made until the Temple Mount is purified - the LORD will do this when
He returns, and there will be sacrifices made again. See Ezekiel 43 and 44 - this is the reign of Jesus over the Earth.
And He will force those who rise in the second resurrection to flesh and blood (Ezekiel 37) to obey.
Continue to be in rebellion against the will of The Father at that point you go to the pit:
22. For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your
seed and your name remain.
23. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come
to worship before me, saith the Lord.
24. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm
shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh. Isaiah 66.22-24

No one who refuses to obey them understands the LORD plan - why would He want us to be in darkness?? He doesn't -
but the many false prophets do want us in darkness. The LORD has promised to destroy the Earth because of these
changes to His Law:

inhabitants thereof.
2. And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with

3. The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord hath spoken this word.
4. The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do

5. The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws,
changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
6. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the
inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. Isaiah 24.1-6
This is describing and giving the reason for the 6th + 7th Seals - read at the end of the chapter - this is when the Sun +
Moon are darkened:
19. The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
20. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof
shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
21. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the
kings of the earth upon the earth.
22. And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and
after many days shall they be visited.
23. Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the Lord of hosts shall reign in mount Zion,
and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously. Isaiah 24.19-23
The Sabbath was changed about 300 years after Christ, by Constantine to honor the Sun god -
On 7 March 321, Constantine I decreed that Sunday (dies Solis) will be observed as the Roman day of rest [CJ3.12.2]:
On the venerable day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In
the country however persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits because it often
happens that another day is not suitable for grain-sowing or vine planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such
operations the bounty of heaven should be lost. [8]
Though some Christians use the decree in support of the move of the Sabbath day to Sunday, in fact the decree was in
support of the worship of the Sun-God (see Sol Invictus).

and even after 200 years of murdering all that obeyed God rather than the Pope almost all Christians kept the Sabbath.
There are several ancient historians that wrote that this was true in the 5th century AD.
In the 5th century, Socrates Scholasticus Church History book 5 states:[28]
“ Nor is there less variation in regard to religious assemblies. For although almost all churches throughout the world
celebrate the sacred mysteries on the sabbath of every week, yet the Christians of Alexandria and at Rome,
on account of some ancient tradition, have ceased to do this. ”
Also in the 5th century, Sozomen Church History book 7 states:[29]
“ Assemblies are not held in all churches on the same time or manner. The people of Constantinople, and almost
everywhere, assemble together on the Sabbath, as well as on the first day of the week, which custom is never
observed at Rome or at Alexandria.

They got together on Sunday because work was forbidden in honor of the Sun god - and if it was found out they were
observing the Sabbath they would be burnt at the stake - and this invariably lead to apostasy.
600 years later they totally eliminated the 2nd Commandment, and split the 10th into two to make up for it being gone. The
JWs accept all three changes to God's Law. Destruction is coming:

It comes right out and says that we are to keep the Sabbath in Hebrews and it says that failure to do so is unbelief that will
